Hey folks, just a heads up—don't place any orders with this company. They're going belly up. Seriously, steer clear of making any purchases here; you won't see your cash back or any returns if you do.

I paid for my stuff, and they were still showing as 'Processing' a whole 10 days later. I shot off two emails to the company, but got no reply. Tried calling during business hours, but nobody answered. I ended up filing a PayPal claim and I’m definitely not coming back.

I ordered a wheelchair and paid the full amount. Now, 19 days have passed with no tracking info, no replies to my calls, and just one weak email on January 5th saying the shipment was delayed due to the holidays. No further updates, no product in sight. I opened a claim with Norton Shopping Guarantee, and they haven't heard a peep from this company. It's a total scam... they deserve zero stars and some jail time.

UPDATE: It's been 25 days and still NOTHING, not even from Norton Shopping Guarantee.

UPDATE DAY 26: Finally got a response from Unique after I mentioned escalating the issue. They claimed the wheelchair was on backorder, but I already checked with Medline, and there were no backorders for any K1 Wheelchairs. I demanded a full refund since the wheelchair hasn't even been ordered yet. I'm now buying directly from Medline and waiting for my refund.

Update Day 27: Finally received the refund, but it was like pulling teeth. I won't ever trust Unique Medical Supplies or Norton Shopping Guarantee again. My Medline order is set to arrive in 5 days.

Update Day 29: The Medline chair arrived today, three days earlier than expected, proving there was no backorder. I will never order from Unique Medical again.

I make a monthly purchase for incontinence products for my disabled son from this company. Six weeks back, I forked over $250 for supplies that never showed up. Now, they’ve stopped replying to my emails and calls, and it seems like they might be out of business. Watch out, folks!!!

I put in an order on 12/19/22, and I still haven't gotten the stuff or a tracking number. I've called three times asking for a callback and sent two emails. No one has answered my calls, and the email I got back was just an automated reply.

I’m starting to believe this might be a scam. I ordered a chair, but I canceled the order on the same day. They still charged my credit card and haven’t refunded me. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company, but I still don’t see my money. They say it’s under investigation, and honestly, I don’t need all this hassle.

The cane has a nice appearance, but the quad base is quite uneven and wobbly, plus it feels a bit heavier than it ought to. I initially thought it was just a flaw in the first cane I received, but when I tested the second one they sent (same model), I encountered the same issue… an unstable base that could lead to a serious fall if you happen to land on a rock or hit a bump on the sidewalk. Since the base is welded, there's no way to make adjustments. On the bright side, the staff was fantastic in their efforts to resolve the issue. Honestly, I think this specific cane should be taken off the shelves.

At first, I was kinda unsure about ordering from Unique since they had a notice up about potential big delays in delivery because of Covid19. But I was really happy when my order showed up just 2 or 3 days later! You won't find better prices and speedy delivery anywhere else.

Shipping took longer than expected, around 3 to 5 days. After waiting for 2 weeks, I called and was told it would be sent out the following Friday. That was incorrect; it actually arrived a week later from a facility in California. The representative mentioned it would come from Ohio. I wouldn't suggest this service if you need your gear quickly.

The team at Unique Medical has been super supportive. I ran into a hiccup with the delivery of the wheelchair I purchased. It was actually FED EX that messed up the shipping, so it’s not on Unique Medical. Ms. Olivia has really gone the extra mile to resolve the issue.

I reached out for a return label and haven't received a thing. The product is fine, but my husband just won't use 'em.

The wheelchair showed up on time and matched the description perfectly. We’re super happy with it. Top-notch quality. Amazing customer service. I’d surely pick this company again if I need to.
